Chief Nursing Officer
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a vital member of the Hospital Leadership Team and provides professional clinical oversight in the day to day operations of the hospital. The CNO works collaboratively with all hospital departments, Medical Staff, and staff to accomplish the strategic goals for the entire organization. The CNO creates an innovative and accountable work environment that exemplifies a professional nursing workplace. This position will be responsible for risk management activities for the organization as well. The CNO will work to develop a culture of shared accountability, leadership, and compassionate patient care.
Licensed RN with a BSN. Â Masters preferred.
Experience in Risk Management preferred.
Experience in process improvement a plus (PDSA, LEAN…).
Experience in Surgery or Ambulatory Care a plus.
