Position Summary
The Desktop Technician’s role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
This position is Full-Time
with an on-call rotation.
Director of Information Technology - FT - FT
The Director of
Information Technology will have a significant enough background in hospital IT
to help create a vision and implement the appropriate infrastructure needed to
support the hospital's mission and be competitive in the marketplace. The
Director will supervise department staff and oversee multiple activities,
including telecommunications, networking, security management and site maintenance.
Meditech experience preferred. The IT Director acts as the HIPAA Security
Officer.
