Full Time Maintenance Tech needed. Helps with proper function of systems like refrigeration, air-conditioning, ventilation, generators, and extensive heating. Helps with the handling of safety checks, make repairs, and oversee the general maintenance operations of these systems. Perform routine maintenance duties for the building.
Responsibilities: tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrician work. You also assist the engineers as needed. Applying new paint, hanging doors, repairing leaks, and handling power tools are your duties as well.

Unit Secretary - Maintenance Department - FT - FT
Full-Time Unit Secretary needed in busy Maintenance Department. This is an administrative support role responsible for managing the office's administrative and accounting functions, handling work orders, processing invoices, and maintaining records. Key duties include filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining strong organizational and communication skills.
